2. The instant cold pack is composed of urea,water inside a smaller bag and the outer wrapper. It is of light weight and portable.When using it, just squeeze the pack in a second to broke the inner water bag, which will react chemically with urea in a moment, then shake it well and a cold pack is ready for use. The temperature of the instant cold pack is around 2-6℃,so based on the real situation,don not put the cold pack on your affected area for long time or use one soft towel to wrap the pack to avoid direct touch to the skin.
