HOW TO SHIP REFRIGERATED MEDICINE

1. pack

Use insulated packaging (such as a foam cooler or a box lined with heat insulation) to maintain low temperatures. Place frozen gel packs or dry ice around the drug product as the refrigerant during transport. Observe the use of dry ice. Use buffering materials such as bubble film or plastic foam to prevent movement and damage. Use packaging tape to seal the insulated tightly to prevent leakage.

2. Mailing method

Use an urgent shipping service (1-2 day delivery) to minimize shipping time. Delipment early (Monday to Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays. Select well-known carriers with cold chain transport experience such as FedEx, UPS or specialist medical delivery. If long distance transportation, consider using reusable refrigerated containers or active cooling transportation.

3. Labeling and handling
